Version 2.0 of VOTable Parser Released

Hi All,
We have released the VOTable C++ Nonstreaming Parser version 2.0 on 17th February 2005. The source code and binary executables are available for free download at
http://vo.iucaa.ernet.in/~voi/cplusparser_nostream.htm

These features are new in version 2.0 of parser

1. Support for VOTable version 1.1.
2. Support for parsing Binary data and Fits data added.
3. Support for new versions of Xerces(v 2.6.0) and Xalan(v 1.9.0).
4. Added exception handling mechanism for missing data and datatype mismatch errors.
5. Some bugs in version 1.2 fixed.
