STILTS v1.4

Dear VO,

STILTS version 1.4 has been released. The main point of interest is some enhancement of the crossmatching capabilities. As well as the existing tmatch2 command which does crossmatching between two tables, the following new commands are introduced:

    tmatch1: intra-table matching (find groups of rows within a table)     tmatchn: multi-table matching

These functions have been available in TOPCAT, but not in STILTS, for some while.

also new is

    tskymatch2: cut-down version of tmatch2 for matching on sky coordinates

                (provided for convenience)
