SAMPy 1.0 alpha 3

Dear all,

  I'm glad to announce that a new version of SAMPy is now available at the usual address:

http://cosmos.iasf-milano.inaf.it/luigi/projects/vo/samp/latest/

SAMPy 1.0 alpha 3 has been tested with JSAMP 0.2 [1] and it results fully interoperable (thanks Mark for your help).

Several bugs have been fixed and a number of new features have been added. In particular it has been added a new client utility class, named SAMPIntegratedClient, which is meant to simplify the client side, specially using the Python interactive console.

Any comment, bug report or suggestion is welcome.
