ivoa.net configuration

Hi Michael,

    since we have another sub-project to host under the umbrella of IVOA, could you please add a rewrite rule to the httpd.conf of both ivoa sites (www.ivoa.net and ivoadev.hq.eso.org) such that /astro-rg is redirected to /twiki/bin/view/IVOA/AstroRG ? I guess something like: 

RewriteRule   /astro-rg$                  /twiki/bin/view/IVOA/AstroRG [R]
RewriteRule   /astro-rg/$                 /twiki/bin/view/IVOA/AstroRG [R]
RewriteRule   /astro-rg/index.html$       /twiki/bin/view/IVOA/AstroRG [R]
