DAL TAP Twin Track process

I think we need to make a start trying out the Twin Track process for defining the TAP standards that I mentioned some time back. To that end I've added some information to the following Wiki page:

On that page there's a section entitled "TAP Focus Groups". I would be very grateful if you could add your name to appropriate section(s) if you are interested in helping define either TAP/Param or TAP/QL. Add your name to both if you wish to be involved in each. I plan to hold a TAP session to cover both at the Trieste Interop.
