Perhaps there is some confusion here. First and formost, I agree with Pedro that I am not presenting any official Catalog model to the VO. What *I am presenting* is a possible model which answers a number of needs for VO query, in particular, VOQL (as defined as the query language that happens after ADQL). I was not presuming to detail the composition of the 'source' or any other astro object we may catalog, but I do presume to detail some structural issues with creating a queriable catalog (which is, of course, of paramount importance to catalogs). Therefore, when I saw a call for some information about querying catalogs, I spoke up for giving a short presentation on my ideas on this matter. I hope this clears the air. =b.t.
