AST/STC status

Greetings.

In the DM wrap-up, Jonathan asked me to post something about AST and its support of STC. The demo is pointed to from <http:// www.starlink.ac.uk/~dsb/ast/ast.html#stc_demo> (the canonical AST URL is <http://www.starlink.ac.uk/ast>).

AST is currently supported by JAC Hawai'i, though their priorities do not currently include STC.
