Pavlos - as a compromise, I will make Curation.PublisherDID a REC. I don't want to make it MAN since you can still use the data for science without an ID, but it's reasonable to strongly encourage providers to give their data an ID.  Jonathan Received on 2006-10-26Z02:49:57
