Regarding the UCDs, I would suggest:
UTypes UCD
Axis.Name meta.id
Axis.Ucd meta.ucd;[pos|spect|time]
Axis.Unit meta.unit;[pos|spect|time]
StatError stat.error;em (instead of em;stat.error since
stat.error is a primary word and em a secondary one)
Same thing for error on phot.flux, time and pos.eq
SysError stat.error.sys;em (same as above)
SpatialLocation pos.eq is only a secondary word (though pos.eq.ra
and pos.eq.dec could be primary or secondary)
Access.Format meta.code.mime
Spectrum.Length meta.number;spect
Target.Description meta.note;src
