Hi,
It has never been published but since last year, CDS SOAP Web Services are
available from CDS, CFA, CADC and ADAC.
These services use as much as possible local resources like VizieR mirror.
So if consumers implement an alternative access to a few clones they will have a
good availability guarantee.
A great thanks to CFA, CADC and ADAC people involved in the reliability of the servers.
