Hi all,

the agenda so far for the GWS-WG meetings in Victoria is as follows.

We have two sessions: one on Monday afternoon and the other one Wednesday morning. Both are 3-hour blocks.

I expect to discuss all the work-packages. Since VOSpace is showing most progress and involvement at present, the plan is to allocate one 3-hour block to VOSpace and the other to everything else. People directly working on the VOSpace spec. have asked for extra time to prepare material, so VOSpace is going into the Friday session. If it doesn't fill that session that's OK, it leaves more time to prepare for the closing plenary.

Items offered so far:

Monday (no particular order yet)

Friday

Further contributions are welcomed! I'd especially like to hear from anybody who has some implementation experiences to share - even if these don't relate to a successful, working implementation. If you have points to debate but don't want to make a presentation, bring your notes to the sessions; there will be plenty of time to debate.

Cheers,
Guy
