Registry metadata for security

Hi,

I've posted to the GWS-WG page an initial proposal for how to register the security aspects of services: authentication methods, delegation endpoints, MyProxy services. This document (and others for the Monday agenda) are linked from the GWS session-page for the Victoria meeting.
