Hi,

I have uploaded a new version (0.4) of the UWS document which included the new features discussed in Trieste.

Briefly the updates are to;

introduce a destruction time, which is when the job records and storage are destroyed cf. the termination time which is when the job execution is stopped.
alter the way that the job execution is controlled - always via a POST to the Phase object.
add an Error object
include a preliminary XML schema for the description of the UWS objects.
