Hi,

It is my intent to make the following document promotions next week:

Credential Delegation Protocol to IVOA Working Draft Universal Worker Service to IVOA Working Draft VOSI to IVOA Proposed Recommendation

I also intend to move VOSpace 1.1 to Proposed Recommendation in a few week's time.
