STC Working Draft and Schemata

The STC Working Draft and accompanying schemata has been released on the IVOA site. Solar and planetary reference frames are included. There are two open issues:
- Should coordinate names be UCDs?

• Development of a library of standard coordinate systems to be XIncluded (Appendix C)
