Due to some stupid mistakes on my side the Publication of the Note announced in the mail included here one month ago was delayed. the Note is now available on the IVOA site since a couple of days.

<developped in VOTECH DS4 and DS6 pacjages and is allready implemented in
<CDS Aladin and ESO archive browser prototype as well as in HST APT.
