This mailing list was created in response to the IVOA telecon on 13 Nov
2002, ACTION TM3-10.1:
It's purpose is the exchange of information about networking, especially
high bandwidth applications and protocols but also any other network
issues of relevance in the context of a Virtual Observatory.
