I've had a crack at changing schema v0.8.1 as attached (*-v0.8.2tl.xsd and sample jpg's).

1. I moved Service and related entities to the base VOResource schema; I think they're better derived from there.
2. I added simple Registry and Authority elements derived from Service and Resource respectively. Registry has a repeating ManagedAuthority group. Resource has an optional ManagingOrg group. I'm sure there'll be more to be added.
3. I created a RelatedResource which I added to the base ResourceType to allow for the creation of relationships with other resources. This takes an enumerated Relationship element defining the type of relationship and a pointer to the related resource. This should probably go in a separate file for ease of extension.

Have a look and see what you think. I'm sure it could all be better implemented but I just wanted to get the general idea of the changes I thought needed across.
