Hi,
Apologies - there is a missing hyphen in the URL; it should be:
http://nvo.caltech.edu/cgi-bin/OAI-XML/carnivore/oai.pl
The mercury.cacr.caltech.edu server is going to be turned off within the next few weeks so all addresses to it are now obsolete. The Registry record from CARNIVORE at nvo.caltech.edu also reflects this.
