I've gotten positive comments back on my proposed updated roadmap for upgrading registries for version v1.0. To put this roadmap into place, I've created a new twiki page with upgrade information: RegUpgradeToV10 (http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/RegUpgradeToV10) which includes the new roadmap.
