Interesting paper on the versioning of SKOS vocabularies

Hi all

As a follow-up of our recent exchanges on versioning, an interesting paper by Jakob Voss :

"Encoding changing country codes for the Semantic Web with ISO 3166 and SKOS" http://arxiv.org/abs/0801.3908
It deals about encoding ISO 3166 country codes with SKOS and raises some problems of the current specification.
