So..I just took a look at UCD.rdf.
One comment: why not use entities to shorten the document? The following line, for example,
<Concept rdf:about="http://www.ivoa.net/Document/WD/vocabularies/vocabularies-20080222/UCD#Arith">
is greatly shortened as:
<Concept rdf:about="&ucd;#Arith">
Perhaps this might merit one sentence in the draft as well?
