An ontology was created from the IVOAT thesaurus and now has been merged
with the old UMD ontology.
HTML OWLDOC is at http://atlas.astro.umd.edu:8080/astro-onto/index.html .
The SVN archive is at http://archive.astro.umd.edu/ont/ .
The ultratop level is IVOAO_root.owl which just imports all the others.
The top level is IVOAO which has words that are common to more than one
science field and also words that belong in some ontology that has not
been created yet such as earthscience.owl or math.owl.
There still needs to be more integration where new(old) terms are made
subclasses of (old)new terms. Soon.
