a new version of the document

"Vocabularies in the Virtual Observatory" IVOA Working Draft version 1.10

revised according to the discussion that took place in the InterOp meeting in Trieste, has been up-loaded to the IVOA document repository. It will be soon available at the official site. Meanwhile, you are all invited to read it and express your comments using the copy present on the WG twiki page
