FoV in Aladin and Virtual Telescopes

Dear all,

I am not in Victoria but I am following the session in the wiki pages. I just see that Aladin provides now an implementation of any FoV, that is described in a xml file (at least it is in the abstract).

I just realized that maybe it would be quite useful for future virtual telescope
developments, but it would need:

• the xml file with the FoV would be a VOTable
• there would be a "repository" or registry of FoV (may be provided by particular telescopes, or simple, a place where different FoV would be added by particular users that has done the work to define it for their observational proporsal) (i.e. the FoV is just another item in all the VO environment)
