   Hello,

You can find the presentation that I did during Registry session 5 on the meeting page:
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/InterOpMay2006ResReg

Especially, on the last slide, I tried to identify the metadata tags from the Registry ResourceMetadata document that could correspond to the main categories that you identified. Comments are welcome.

By the way, I'm a bit uncomfortable with the usage of the UCD term in your mail. For example, I totally agree that we need a UCD meaning "algorithm". But the different possible values described by this UCD are not UCDs. They can be words in a normalized vocabulary, you can write them using a "a la UCD" syntax, but they really are not UCDs.

To tell it in a few words, we can have a UCD for each ResourceMetadata element. The UCD is used to give a name to the empty box, and this name is not specific to a given schema, unlike the name of the XML element.

The values you put in the box can be issued from a normalized vocabulary, but they are not UCDs in the original sense.
