I think you have done an excellent job in your carefully prepared proposal. There is a great deal of detail in the description of your 14 items that will require careful consideration by all of us. I note in passing that the thesarus is still rather incomplete, especially in the area of subject and somewhat in the area of physical processes. However, this is easily addressed.
