The entry point of that community is YOU. By the way, you just followed the "good" submission path !! Now the discussion on Task-6 is open.

Note: I asked M.Leoni at eso to generate a ucd-sci list under the "forum" page of IVOA. It will be much more practical for everybody ! The list will be ready soon.
