The procedure for ucd-list revision formalism seems to be well establish,
nevertheless I have a question and a request for clarification concerning
the way it will work... in real world. It concerns the end of the introduction
where the differents parts involved in the procedure are listed/presented.
I don't completly understand the link between the sci-board and the community.
There is no mention of the UCD WG! What is the purposes and goals of this group
considering the UCDlist?
Are the sci-board members supposed to follow the discussions on semantic WG?
For the moment I am not registered there!
Because before any proposition of modifications some discussions will occurs on
the WG lists and it will perhaps be of some help to follow the ideas maturation
for a better understanding of the proposition!?
Or are the propositions supposed to occur ab nihilo?
Where are supposed to occur such discussions, UCD or semantic WG?
