Pierre,
you are right, I forgot to communicate "urbi et orbi" for those not present at last InterOp that the Exec has decided to change the name of the UCD WG into UCD/Semantic WG.
For technical reasons (I've been told by the -former - IVOA Doc manager) the names of the WG and of the discussion list were left unchanged.
So UCD WG and Semantic WG are indeed the same thing!
