IVOA Vocabularies - WD

I hope you enjoyed your holidays!
A small group of our community used the summer to tackle the problem of vocabularies in the IVOA, putting together the different pieces of the puzzle.

The result is a document that you will shortly find at http://ivoa.net/Documents/ as

IVOA Vocabularies - WD ? v1.01

(replacing v1.0 of few days ago).
