Hi Roy,
we proposed to have a proper board for the control of the UCDs, and a centralized place where all UCD related issues (concerning the inclusion of new UCDs, procedures for request of inclusion of new UCDs, etc) should be handled. I would think it is time to implement this solution (chapter 9 of the latest UCD document). What I do not know is whether this should be agreed at a IVOA exec or what... What do you think?
