PR UCD1+ version 1.05

  Hello,

  A new version of the UCD1+ document (v 1.05) is available:

        http://vizir.u-strasbg.fr/UCD/PR-UCD-20040823.pdf   (should be soon on the IVOA web site too).

  The document is submitted as a Proposed Recommendation, as we seem close to general agreement on this topic.   The changes are listed in section 10 of the document. These are mainly further explanations on the guidelines for words combination, but also on the role of the UCD board.

  The corresponding list of words has been significantly upgraded, and a new document issued:

  See appendix B for all changes. The most noticeable are:

• the update of the phys.at and phys.mol sections (and the creation of phys.atmol) for better description of atomic and molecular data;
• the simplification of the phot.color section to reflect a new syntax for photometric colors;
• the creation of a em.line section to describe the commonly used lines (allowing to write now: phot.flux;em.line.Halpha or spect.index;em.line.Hbeta)

  Also, old UCD material (related to UCD1) has been moved to a new URL: http://vizir.u-strasbg.fr/UCD/old/
  while the URL http://vizir.u-strasbg.fr/UCD/ now points to the current definitions of UCD1+.
