Kyoto Interop

Dear members of the UCDs working group,

In its last January meeting the IVOA-Exec board has appointed me as the new chair-person of this working group. The former chair-person (Roy) moved to chair the new VO-Event wg.

Thank you Roy for your work, and your very effective way of moderating the bursts of discussion!

• KYOTO Kyoto Interop meeting is approaching. In the preliminary schedule one UCD session is foreseen, Friday morning (20May2005). For the moment I only have the contributions from S.Derriere and myself. I invite you to propose to contribute to the session.
• UCD1+ WORDS A new list of UCD1+ words will be made available soon (within next week)
• TOOLS New UCD tools are available. They will be presented at the session in Kyoto, but will be made available for testing next week.
