I don't think Roy's email made it to this list so I'm appending the 'vocabulary' which prompted Doug's comments. I agree it makes more sense to have the discussion here or in the semantics list so I'll add my comments here.

Just wanted to ask what this list is to be used for. As Doug says, it looks much like UCDs. Where does the semantics come in?

(Pardon my ignorance - this is the first time I've seen any of this work.)
