Tony, Doug,

with the VOEvent meeting approaching, I sent a draft document to the chairman of the VOEvent WG concerning "concepts and objects" and the way they could semantically and syntactically be represented in VOEvents.

The document is still in the form of a "personal note" in the sense that it should be considered as a personal contribution to the upcoming meeting (after an exchange of mail on "processes" with Rick Hessman).

I'm working to transform this "personal draft" into a IVOA-Note to be distributed and discussed within the WG. Meanwile, I took the first comments from Rick and Doug already into account ... and put the document in the present form in the UCD page
