Okay, there are currently only 3 of us actually generating VOEvent XML in anger. Yourselves at Caltech, Robert at Los Alamos, and myself at Exeter. Shall we all agree to fix our messages, in the very near future, so that the ID's reflect the (correct) scheme above?
