The VOEvent spec point to something called:
rtVO: The real-time Virtual Observatory

Click through, though, and you end up at a domain broker who will try
to sell you rtvo.net (apparently the registration expires tomorrow).
Could somebody remind me where this link came from? I'm pretty sure
we verified all the links at some point. A google of the obvious
variations doesn't seem to turn up anything. I hesitate to try the
other links...
