Please have a look at the actions list and try to bring inputs to the meeting.

Europeans being "in the middle" have no problems with these meetings, but for the extreme cases of Vancouver (and Tucson) and Tokyo, times are really tough. Please let us know whether this is still OK with you or whether you'd have any other type of proposal.
