As you guys (the ones that have to be here at the meeting and non-locals) are three, it might be nice if you could share a taxi to go back to El Escorial, so we can celebrate our meeting here, which would be much more convenient for us all...

Would that be OK?

Please let me know, as I would have to ask Asa to book a taxi for after our meeting...

I wait for your news, although I'll try to ask you guys on the fly as well.

After checking with all, and due to an absence that we could not cope with, we move the meeting to Thursday at 17:30...

Eventually, we ESAVO guys would have to move to El Escorial, because otherwise there won't be bus after the meeting... unless some of you have a car.

as already mentioned in the last teleconf, and in view of the fact that five of the members of the VOQL-TEG are present here this week, I would like to hold an informal meeting to discuss several VOQL-TEG related issues.

Our schedule here this week is really tight, and the only time some of us will be available at all during the workshop is after the scheduled talks, etc. I propose therefore to sit down on Wednesday, at 18:00.

I will talk to you personally tomorrow, I suppose, but wanted to set it down here so you can arrange your time.
