Delay proposal for Meeting #5

Dear all,

I have received a request from Alex to delay the meeting by one week due to his compromise to attend some NSF meeting at the US.

I do believe it is important to have the NVO representative in the next meeting; I also believe that this might give some time to Alex and Francois to work on their actions ;-)

Therefore, and if you do not disagree bitterly, I would propose to delay the meeting by one week and celebrate it sometime in the 23-28 week.

Note that this means this will be the _last_ meeting before Beijing, and I will distribute to the whole community our outputs from that meeting immediately after celebrating it, so everybody has got some time to read and think before Beijing.

I will send a separate mail with the Meet-o-matic thingy, so please fill it in.

Please let me know if you have any problem with this.
