Draft TAP document inputs

Dear all,

sorry for the silence, but I have fallen sick for three days (hate to admit it! ;-)

In preparation for the TAP draft document that we have to present in China, both myself and Doug have prepared some inputs that we'd like to discuss within the group.

My own inputs (by our ESAVO crew here represented at the VOQL-TEG by Inaki and, in this case, compiled by Aurelien Stebe) are attached.

I do not want to forward directly to you inputs that came to me in a reduced forum by Doug, but would prefer that Doug does it himself. Doug, if you agree, could you please send the inputs? Thanks.

Please comment on the inputs, both from ourselves and Doug eventually. They should give shape to a very first draft document for the TAP. Remember that I have the assignment that a draft doc is presented in China.

Remember also that the next VOQL-TEG meeting was delayed to next week to allow Alex to be in. The most probable date is now Fri 27 Apr, so please pre-book it in your agenda.

I expect constructive reactions from you all on the inputs, so please read carefully.
