Amendment: Comments received on ADQL Document and proposal for a way forward

Dear all,

for completeness, this is just to clarify that Kona Andrews was changed by Jeff Lusted on the AG representation of the VOQL-TEG after the TEG passed the TAP work to the DAL group and concentrated only on the ADQL aspects.
