Proposal for answering the RFC comments

Dear all,

thanks very much to all those putting an effort in the recent discussions. I think we are really close to fulfilling our goal of finishing the ADQL.

I would like to propose the following approach for answering the RFC comments currently (at the time of writing this mail) at the RFC pages: each comment is assigned to a person who writes a detailed answer and prepares to expose it to the community during the VOQL session, if necessary.

Briefly, I think it would be interesting to have the following approximate schema (see details below):

This is more or less it. Each of you could write an answer for the allocated comment, send it to the group, and I'd eventually upload it to the Wiki pages signing as I said in a previous mail (e.g.: Pat Dowler for the VOQL-TEG. Approved by Chair).
