Masatoshi,

Sorry, I should not have introduced the new term VOOQL without explaining where it sits in the VOQL architecture that we agreed to at the Cambridge meeting. VOOQL is simply a new name for the high level language that would be developed over the next 2 years or so. I am simply
introducing a new symbolism for the VOQL.xsd schema that we came up with several months ago.
VOQL should allow users to do both VOOQL and ADQL. But, VOQL will depend on ADQL to bridge the gap to the data center native query language.

                    -------- VOOQL ---- ADQL
VOQL ---- --------
resource native query language
                     -------- ADQL

I look forward to seeing the ADQL specifications.
