I think if a query service is described using UCDs (eg for table contents)
then it ought to support queries on those UCDs. The query interface should
simply pass on the query that the user has constructed in ADQL structure.
The underlying database probably won't understand UCDs so the service will
do the translation which is where it should be to my mind.
