voql: ADQL schema v1.04

Dear VOQLers,

I have uploaded the ADQL schema v1.04 at a victoria meeting web page.

Main differeces from the v1.0 are:

Three function types (trignometric, math, userDefined) are unified to one function type. Function names are not defined in the schema, since the function supported by each skynode will be provided by the metadata interface.
New table join data types (crossJoin, conditionalJoin, naturalJoin, usingJoin) are added.
All the not** predicate type are removed, and "not" attributed is added to a search type element.
xMatchType is removed and a functionType is used instead.
ArchiveTable type is removed and shortName and identifer attributes are added to a tableType element.
stringType is replaced by nonNumericType. It is used for expressing non-numeric data types such as string, timestamp, boolean, spaceRegion, spaceCoords and so on.
