STC utype instance aliases

I promised that I would design some aliases for STC utypes, for use in ADQL. You will find it in the attched document. Be aware, though, that what we are really talking about here are _instances_ of utypes, not utypes-proper. So, there is a whole discussion here that I have glossed over and this document should not be taken as definitive; nor should these aliases be used in situations other than string-based applications using utype instances.
