VOSpace operation names

It has been suggested a few time over the last year that the current operation names importInit, importData, exportInit, exportData in Dave M.'s spec notes need to be changed to something more descriptive. AFAIK, nobody disputes that, but we've used the old names so far for continuity. Now it's time to choose new names and stick to them.

This email thread is to collect the suggestions for new names.

pushDataToVoSpace
pullDataToVoSpace
pushDataFromVoSpace
pulldataFromVoSpace

If I need to explain those (to anybody who's read the spec that Dave wrote up), then maybe they're not right. :)
