there need to be two change request streams, one for specification, one for document - that need of course to be co-ordinated. I do not believe that the information flow is always spec->wsdl - sometimes the WSDL changes inform the spec.

rather than used email, why not post the change request initially to the wiki and everyone vote on it there? - it is difficult to follow the email threads without voting going on in them as well....

I have edited the page for the WSDL/schema (http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/ bin/view/IVOA/VOSpace10schema) to include the list of currently requested changes, and represented your opinions on them where that is obvious (please check!)

I have created a similar page for the specification document itself http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/VOSpace10Spec with an opening change request - more to follow!
